This policy covers the Tomo Press website and the internal Pinterest automation tool we use to manage our own Pinterest business account (@tomopress). Tomo Press is a small independent publisher; this tool is used only by us, for our own account.

What the tool does

Our Pinterest tool uses the Pinterest API to do three things on the Tomo Press account only:

• Publish and schedule our own original Pins (graphics we design for our books).
• Create and organize our own boards.
• Read performance metrics for our own Pins (impressions, saves, outbound clicks).

Data we access

• Pinterest API tokens for the Tomo Press account.
• Our own Pin and board data and their performance metrics.
• We do not collect, store, or process data belonging to any other Pinterest user. We do not scrape, and we do not automate likes, follows, or messages.

How data is stored

Access tokens and any exported metrics are stored locally on the operator's own machine. Nothing is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. We retain only what we need to run the account and delete exports once they are no longer useful.

Website

This website is a simple static site. It does not set advertising cookies or collect personal information from visitors. Links to Amazon and Pinterest lead to those third parties, which have their own privacy policies.
